By accessing or using the OneLevo platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

To use OneLevo, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Service.

• Subscription Plans: The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or at the sole discretion of Zenith Group LLC.

Our IP: The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zenith Group LLC and its licensors.

Your Data: We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. You grant us a license to host, copy, and display your data solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

In no event shall Zenith Group LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
